NO Refunds on custom orders or Cut Fabric. Non Personalized items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days provided they have not been worn or washed or otherwise altered in any way. They must be in sellable condition. All items are guaranteed for 30 days for workmanship based on normal wear and tear. All wash and dry instructions must be followed or guarantee is void.
